#myMusic_ #myExpression

Edition #1

If you were to ask me what do I think about the so called "Street Culture" 3-4 years ago, I was probably to give you an answer your ears where not ready to hear. However so presently the Street Culture is so inspirational in all that I do, so much so that I'm even planning to launch a street style inspired clothing collection. Okay that's to be discussed on another day because today I'm discussing the review of a Track by one Rapper known for his Street  Style Sense and look which is evident to his lyrical content. If you don't know who this is yet be assured that its no other than "OKMALUMKOOLKAT"

Track
Okmalumkoolkat_Bhuti uyanqaza (ishuu)

I analyse and review Three important aspects in a Track, namely: The Message, Lyrical content and To whom does it relate to.
Now going into the Track at hand, the soon as I heard this Track immediately the instrument & bass grabbed my attention, followed by what "OKMALUMKOOLKAT" likes to do on his every track, being his introduction the rest just made me knod making me go along with his amazing Flow that we all love to respect of " OKMALUMKOOLKAT " himself.
Hence the name of the track which through translation means "This Brother is a Charmer" with lyrics like, "she's a pretty young thing, looking for a something" that clearly should mean a Pretty lady looking for Love and excitement, becomes accompanied by OKMALUMKOOLKAT's words giving a description on how they all went about enjoying each others company and how continuously this lady became flattered by his Charming Looks and dress sense that he supposingly inherited from his father, "he says on his lyrics.
I definately wish I was granted permission to include the link for you to can stream or download this track and hear it for yourself, but you know piracy remaining to be a major challenge, not all music sites are authorised to sell music legitimately.
OKMALUMKOOLKAT Being a member of a crew named "BoyznBucks" which I can tell you have somewhat heard about the name before, at the end of this track he announces it out for incase you were'nt aware of his loyalty to it.
Hip hop has evolved in all aspects that we can possibly think of, yes we  have rappers rapping in vernacular but the type of rap style "Kasi Rap" (Township style rap) becomes more relative no matter which vernac language isit, and OKMALUMKOOLKAT is one of those Rappers that makes a normal word in his own vernac become so popular just because its translation is well relative in the street culture or the everyday street language.
Follow him on twitter: @okmalumkoolkat and also on tumblr: okmalume.tumblr.com and catch up with him.
If I can be called a prophet let it be, but I hereby say 2014 will yet be a year for him to grace us with more of his talent.
